Reservation and commitment
The room/bungalow reservation can be made at our office, in Diego – Suarez or on site in Mahamasina, by telephone and always confirmed by e-mail. Necessary and sufficient communications for the listening and detailed understanding of each customer request, the categories of accommodation sought, the rooms/bungalow chosen are necessary. A pro forma invoice will be sent to you upon confirmation of the reservation.
The commitment only takes effect upon receipt of your confirmation by email and payment.
Price
For invoice payments, in Ariary, the price will be calculated according to the rate of the euro on the day the payment is made. The validity of the prices announced in the price guide or on our website is for the current year. In general, we mention the details of the expenses included in the price.

Regulations
To ensure the reservation, we prefer to receive from customers a deposit of a rate of 20% of the total price of the reservation.
And 05 days before the date of the reservation, the payment in full of the reserved accommodation must be made.
However, to facilitate the service we accept signed commitments (signed pro forma invoice accepted in return) for reservations by email and payable in full 15 days before the arrival of customers. Without these commitments, we cannot guarantee the reservation of the rooms.
Payment can be made in Ariary or Euro, by bank transfer or cash on site.
It goes without saying that the costs related to the transfer will be borne by the customer. A confirmation email from the customer of the transfer or payment with a copy of the order
Transfer is requested. The account and bank number will be communicated to you upon your request.
Before the day, without cancellation fees
24 hours before the reservation date, no refund will be made after payment of the advances and the amount will be recorded as a credit note on your next reservation.
The day or 06 hours before arrival: 100% of the total price of reservations
Our Entity, RELAX INN, reserves the right to cancel the reservation without confirmation or commitment from the customers, in cases where
The balance of the payment of the invoice has not been made in due time
Major external problems, possible changes in air transport, and weather conditions etc. arise.
Assurance
Our company RELAX INN has taken out civil liability insurance in the exercise of its professional services with NY HAVANA insurance. However, our insurance does not at all cover medical evacuations or assistance, cancellation or multi-risk travel insurance, we advise you to contact your usual insurer.
